Step 1 - Preheat oven to 300°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove kale leaves from the stalk and tear into small pieces, about 2-3” each and add into a bowl. Drizzle over olive oil and massage into kale leaves for 2 minutes. Sprinkle over salt and pepper and toss to coat evenly.

Step 2 - Lay kale leaves on the sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
