Finger licking sticky glazed wings! A big pile of these wings comes together super fast and will disappear even faster!
Difficulty: 2 / 5
Step 1 - Run a sharp knife down between the joint of the chicken wing and separate the wingette from drumette, and cut off wing tips (freeze for stock!). In a large bowl or a large ziplock bag, combine wings, Persian Lime Olive Oil and Metropolitan Jerk Rub and toss until wings are completely coated. Preheat oven to 400* and on sheet pan lined with a baking rack, set wings on rack and bake for 25-30 minutes, till wings are cooked.
Step 2 - While wings are cooking, combine Serrano Honey Vinegar, Mango White Balsamic and Sesame Oil in nonstick pan over medium heat. Swirl in pan to allow mixture to reduce by half and until becoming sticky, 7-8 minutes. Add wings when done and toss to glaze wings in reduction. Serve!
