Step 1 - In a small sauce pan, bring water to a rolling boil over medium low heat. In a separate saucepan, warm milk over medium low heat, careful not to scald the milk.
Step 2 - Add tea leaves and infuse for 3-4 minutes to release the very best of your tea leaves. Stir in honey or 1/2 honey, 1/2 Rosewater Syrup if you prefer a sweetened tea. Strain tea into 4 mugs and set aside.
Step 3 - Froth milk in a milk frother or blender if desired, then pour carefully into mugs, using a spoon to strain just milk in each mug first, then topping with foam.
