Mango Ginger Lassi

Add additional milk as needed to thin to desired consistency, but lassi will be quite thick and creamy - like a mango smoothie!

  • 2 ripe mangos, chopped (skin and pit removed) or thawed frozen mango, approx 1½ cups
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 5-6 Green Cardamom Seeds, seeds removed or ½ tsp ground Cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground Turmeric
  • ¼ cup Clover Blossom Honey
  • 2 tbsp Honey Ginger White Balsamic

Step 1 - Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy - scrape down sides as necessary. If using whole green cardamom pods, gently crush pods to remove seeds before blending. Divide into 4 glasses and serve!
