These is for those of you who can't have any sugar or dairy, or are just on a health kick. You still deserve a treat! This is like a refreshing green salad or smoothie in a pop! A completely guilt-free way to cool down and get your greens in. The new wave of popsicles is here! These pops are super refreshing and lovely on a hot day, for breakfast, or after a workout.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp EVOO
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped

Step 1 - Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse to chop up the cucumber, then puree until completely smooth.

Step 2 - Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
