  • 1 cup rolled oats (aka old fashioned oats)
  • ½ cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Topping:
  • 2 small plums, sliced (about 1 cup)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry Pear White Balsamic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch salt
  • 10-12 goji berries
  • ½ pint blueberries

Step 1 - Soak oats, yogurt, milk and chia seeds and a pinch of fleur de sel overnight or at least 6-8 hours.

Step 2 - When oats have thickened, add topping ingredients to a small saucepan and bring to a low simmer for 7-8 minutes. Remove from heat once sauce has thickened and plums have begun to break down. Stir in blueberries. Pour over oats while warm, sprinkle over goji berries and enjoy!
