Add an extra 1-2 tbsp of Harissa Infused Olive Oil to add a great depth of flavour and heat to this chilled soup!

Step 1 - In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on low until blended nearly smooth, or to desired consistency.

Step 2 - Serve chilled and with an extra drizzle of EVOO and a garnish of minced cucumber and chopped mint.
