  • 1 large English cucumber, cut in 3” lengths
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1 red thai chili, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Thai Basil, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lemongrass Mint White Balsamic
  • ½ lime, juiced

Step 1 - Using a mandolin or spiralizer (on wide setting), cut cucumber lengths into wide ribbons and set into a serving bowl.

Step 2 - Add in remaining ingredients and toss together. Season for fleur de sel as desired and serve alongside spicy Thai curries.
