These bars are super versatile - change out your seeds, nuts, add some chocolate - play around! And feel free to use your favorite jam in place of the cranberry apple butter for a twist to keep them guessing!
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 350* and press a sheet of parchment paper into a square baking pan. Combine all dry ingredients together and set aside
Step 2 - In a large bowl, mash banana and whisk together apple butter, maple syrup, and Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil. Add dry ingredients and stir together, then press into parchment paper lined baking pan, pressing down into corners and flatten.
Step 3 - Bake for 20 minutes and let cool before cutting. Bars can be frozen for up to 4 weeks, separated by parchment paper and wrapped in plastic wrap.
