Coffee for dessert can't ever be a bad thing - a beautiful way to infuse one last shot of caffeine into your day - use decaf if you must!

  • 2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 2 tsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Espresso Dark Balsamic

Step 1 - In a shallow 9x9" dish, stir together all ingredients until well combined.

Step 2 - Place dish in the freezer to begin freezing. After 50-60 minutes, scrape coffee with a fork, creating ice crystals that will reform each time you scrape them. Continue every 30-40 minutes, scraping with a fork for 2-3 hours or until completely frozen and fluffy. Serve in chilled small glasses.
