When we whip this easy salsa up, we imagine being spoiled at an all-inclusive tropical resort. Creamy avocado, juicy mango, with the slight bite of jalapeño, this salsa is delicious on any Mexican fare as well as fish and chicken!

  • 3 cups chopped mango
  • 2 avocados, pitted and chopped into 1/2" cubes
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely minced
  • ½ cup red onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp Jalapeno White Balsamic
  • 3 tbsp Green Limonata Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp ground Black Cumin
  • ¾ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp Fleur de Sel

Step 1 - Assemble all ingredients in a bowl and toss, then let mellow to blend flavours - 30 minutes is perfect! Serve with tortilla chips or piled on your favorite taco, protein, or spoon when no one is looking!
