White balsamic is created with all the care of its darker relative, but does not undergo the caramelization process, resulting in a slightly lighter balsamic that is fantastic on salads or in heartier recipes. Its pale tint means that it won't discolour ingredients, while still giving your recipes the superb flavor of premium balsamic vinegar. Excellent with soft cheeses or as a reduction.
