Handcrafted in Brooklyn using traditional methods, this is a fine, earthy, and organic chocolate with notes of burgundy and deep berry. The Prieto process starts with the beans; Dominican family-farmed criollo strains are lovingly roasted onsite and small-batch crafted into exceptional chocolate. This 72% bar is robust and earthy with a smooth mouth-feel.
