This oil is amazingly lemony and tart! We're loving it on fresh Pacific salmon and it's adding a wonderful tang to our baking too. We've never really liked zesting, and now the lemon zester can just stay in the bottom of the drawer while we enjoy the taste of lemon whenever we like. Who would have thought that an olive oil would make such a delicious citrusy statement?
